I will be hosting 4 sessions you can sign up for one or all 4 these sessions are being offered for only $25 a session and limited space is available.
9:00 Session will be focused on your Inner Child
11:30 Session will be focused on Stress and Anxiety
2:00 session will be focused on Integration
4:30 session will be focused on Stress and Anxiety Level II
Bring your yoga mats, sit pads or whatever you need to feel comfortable as we settle into 4 separate session focusing on internal growth, healing, centering, relaxing, grounding and becoming more in touch with our inner selves while taking techniques with us out into our everyday lives.
